Produce and evaluate test designs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Partner with vendors to implement best practices in setup, measurement, and data sharing; produce and maintain subject-level treatment tables.
Maintain an in-house SAS-based test-reporting suite.
Produce custom statistical reporting.
Collaborate with digital platform testing teams and business stakeholders.
Participate in non-testing-related data engineering, analysis, and modeling.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of A/B testing experience, providing statistical analysis of business outcomes, and evaluating testing designs.
3+ years of experience with web and app platforms function, applying technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, ensure accurate test implementation, and optimize user experiences across digital channels.
3+ years experience interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to inform prioritization, experimentation, and product decisions.
3+ years experience writing user stories/acceptance criteria and working in Jira.
3+ years experience leveraging Adobe Target as a testing tool, and familiarity with Adobe Analytics is preferred.

Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA location several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
