Responsible for the performance of a group of dealers
Responsible for the sales achievement: market share, volume and product mix
Measure, control and report the customer orders, sales, market share and customer satisfaction performance of all the sales outlets
Define wholesale and allocation plan with dealers
Reporting and forecasting to Sales Manager, Sales Operations Manager and all other on key risk and opportunities.
Cooperation with other field staff. (Corporate Sales Area Manager, Aftersales Performance Manager, Quality Performance Manager, Retail Marketing Consultant)
Implement the commercial policy and action plans decided by the Regional Business Unit (RBU) (campaigns, stocks, demo and display cars program, CQ processes, communication)
Follow up and coach dealer for local Marketing and Sales activities
Control Customer Quality and Loyalty programs are fully implemented in all Sales outlets
Coach and support the dealers for B2B/Small Fleet business performance
Participate in product training and startup of new dealers
Requirements
Minimum 5 years professional experience within sales in the automotive industry
Experience within an international, matrix organization is highly advantageous
Higher education at Bachelors' level
Flexible, open-minded, accountable
Microsoft Office tools and overall good PC skills, with specific focus on Excel skills.
Fluency in English and Dutch
Driver's license class "B" or above

We are now looking for a Sales Performance Manager , to join our team in the Netherlands. As Sales Performance Manager, you will support dealers to maximize sales and customer satisfaction within your geographic area for the full Nissan range PC (Passenger Cars), LCV (Light Commercial Vehicles) and EV's (Electrical Vehicles).
