Candidate Profile
Master's degree in Marketing or Business Management
10-15 years of experience in B2B, industrial, or engineered solutions environments
Proven leadership experience in a multi-country or regional APAC marketing role, preferably in an international company
Experience in marketing strategy, demand generation and commercial impact
Experience working closely with product management, engineering, or application teams
Experience in digital marketing and analytics
Ability to operate effectively across cultures and influence senior stakeholders
Strong execution focus with a business-first mindset
