We are looking for a talented individual who shares our values to join our team as a Field Sales Executive . This position reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager with responsibility for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of product knowledge, industry expertise, selling techniques, and exceptional interpersonal skills to successfully negotiate and secure sales. Key Areas of Responsibility: Regularly visit customers to promote and sell products with the aim of driving increased sales and distribution. Propose marketing strategies that maximize sales, profitability, and return on investment (ROI). Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external customers and monitor satisfaction levels through after-sales follow-up. Foster customer satisfaction with the aim of generating repeat business and additional sales opportunities. Job Requirements: Associate Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related discipline. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles. Must have own transportation. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Creative problem solver with a customer-first mindset. Ability to cultivate long-lasting, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Familiar with market trends, challenges, and key players in the industry having the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
