About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to work in close partnership with senior leaders across the organisation. About the role You will act as a trusted advisor to Deans, Directors and leadership teams, providing expert HR guidance, challenge and support across a broad range of people matters. Key responsibilities include: Translating organisational strategy into practical workforce and people plans Supporting and leading organisational change, including restructures and transformation programmes Coaching and developing leaders to build capability and confidence Using data and insight to inform decision-making and identify trends Promoting a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture Providing advice on complex employee relations matters You will work collaboratively with HR specialist teams - including Employee Relations, Reward, Recruitment and EDI - to design and deliver effective people solutions, and contribute to the delivery of internal HR initiatives and continuous improvement activity. What you'll bring Proven experience partnering senior stakeholders within a complex organisation Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice Experience of organisational design and delivering change Ability to influence, coach and challenge at a senior level Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insight Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience), ideally CIPD-accredited.
