Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
12+ years of experience within manufacturing, production, or operations environments
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in complex operational settings
Experience within regulated manufacturing environments preferred (medical device, healthcare, pharma, aerospace, or similar highly process-driven industries)
Strong background in operations leadership, continuous improvement, production metrics, and cross-functional collaboration
Experience partnering with Engineering and/or R&D teams on process improvements, automation initiatives, or capital projects strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead through change, build credibility with tenured teams, and drive operational improvements in evolving environments
Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically within a hands-on production environment

This role is based onsite in Redmond, Oregon
Travel up to 20% may be required, including occasional travel to Anaheim, CA and corporate locations
The facility operates across multiple shifts, including day, swing, and weekend operations

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$177,000.00 - $266,000.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Job Description
Direct day-to-day manufacturing and production operations across a complex, high-SKU medical device reprocessing environment
Lead and develop supervisors, production leadership, and operations teams while fostering a strong culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Partner closely with Engineering and R&D teams to support automation initiatives, capital projects, process improvements, and new product development timelines
Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on efficiency, throughput, training effectiveness, quality, and process standardization
Ensure compliance with FDA expectations, SOP adherence, training documentation, safety requirements, and quality standards
Support long-term operational planning related to capacity, workflow optimization, and facility scalability
Monitor key operational metrics and help evolve reporting and performance measurement processes to support continued business growth
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve customer concerns, improve service levels, and maintain strong operational execution
Serve as a visible site leader, including supporting customer visits and facility tours
