Refining workflows, updating internal procedures and contributing to initiatives that enhance legal team efficiency
Requirements
Foundational legal training with experience in paralegal, legal assistant or junior legal support roles.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency with legal documents including drafting, reviewing and redlining.
Effective communication skills and confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work on‑site as required and contribute positively to team culture.
