Analyze client conversion requirements for ACH Outsourcing implementations and document the business, operational, and data needs required for successful delivery
Consult with clients before, during, and after implementation to define procedures, clarify requirements, and support conversion readiness
Interpret client systems, workflows, and conversion data to validate alignment with implementation objectives and balancing requirements
Deliver client training on system usage, online terminal support, and daily application balancing procedures throughout the implementation lifecycle
Support client user acceptance testing (UAT) activities by addressing questions, validating workflows, and helping resolve issues that affect readiness
Communicate implementation progress, risks, and issues to internal stakeholders to support timely awareness and resolution
Provide application support during implementation activities and identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and client delivery outcomes
Present product demonstrations as needed to support client understanding and solution adoption
Experience you'll need to have:
5+ years of experience in financial services, payments, or a related domain supporting client implementations, conversions, or advisory services
5+ years of experience working with ACH processing operations, including application of National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) rules and regulations
5+ years of experience supporting software implementation, integration, or delivery projects for clients across the full project lifecycle
Experience working with third-party systems and translating business and operational requirements into implementation activities
Experience using ACH platforms, including PEP+ or similar payment processing applications
Ability to support functional testing, production support activities, and client training using clear written and verbal communication
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
Experience working in Agile, Iterative, Incremental, or Waterfall delivery models
Experience presenting product demonstrations to clients or internal stakeholders
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements within implementation or support functions
Familiarity with outsourced payment processing or ACH utility operating models
How you'll work:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
Travel: This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).
