THE POSITION Hiring Immediately: Victory Home Remodeling is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build our winning team. In this role, you'll identify top-tier talent, conduct impactful interviews, and create unforgettable candidate experiences that reflect the Victory brand. You'll collaborate closely with the Recruiting Team and Hiring Managers to build a high-performance, culture-first workforce.
