Job Description We are looking for a hardworking and energized eCommerce specialist with experience of Ukraine Omni-Channel space and exposure to P&L ownership as part of our Poland, Ukraine, and Baltic region (PUB) who would like to help us reach more children at one of the most loved brands. We have an exciting opportunity for a collaborative relationship focused and analytically savvy Key Account Manager to grow our digital offering in partnership with our customers. Core Responsibilities Having the full ownership for maintaining and establishing the relationship with our Ukrainian ecommerce customers (Toys specialist, Pure Players, Marketplace) Your experience in managing ecommerce accounts with special focus on omni-channel customers and on digital tools (ads/display ads, advertisement) will be great benefit. Preparing and execution of operational customer business plans and as well shaping the strategy. A strong eye for business with significant exposure to working on trading terms to deliver new business with partners. Preparing & analyzing sales reports, customer scorecard, ecommerce data based on google analytics, trade analytics, marketplace data. Collaborate will other Key Account team members, Trade Marketing, and the Digital Team to share knowledge. Play your part in our team succeeding! The ePUB team is collaborating effectively across PUB region, to enhance the business potential of the eCommerce channels in the Polish, Ukrainian, Baltic region, while building the brand through engaging in-store experiences targeted both consumers and shoppers. Do you have what it takes? Proven experience in eCommerce Key Account management, preferably within top tier international FMCG. Solid strategic orientation proven by shaping own area of responsibility. Curious and customer centric, results driven with a demonstrable performance record. Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to listen and adjust.
