About the role
Develop and execute strategic 12-24-month account plans for key OEM customers across Europe to drive sustainable revenue growth. Identify, create, and convert new business opportunities by securing design-ins and increasing platform penetration within customer applications. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and leadership levels. Lead commercial activities including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and agreement management to ensure profitable growth. Travel across Europe to engage with customers and support business development activities. About You: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in OEM sales within power electronics, industrial, or energy-related industries. Strong understanding of power conversion systems or technical solutions used in industrial applications is preferred. Proven track record in design-in sales and managing long sales cycles with complex customer organizations. Experience working with Tier-1 or Tier-2 OEM customers, ideally in a multi-country or pan-European environment. Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, with experience managing pricing and contracts. Ability to build relationships with both technical (engineering) and business (procurement, leadership) stakeholders. Self-driven and comfortable working independently across multiple countries. Fluent in English and German. Strong organizational skills, CRM discipline, and ability to manage pipeline and forecasts effectively. Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
