About the role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our team to support our evolving Partner Program . You 'll do this by driving Partner delight through best-in-class Partner operations and experiences. The focus of this role is mainly to manage the reporting needs , processes and practices to ensure efficient operations and to support Partner engagement across the organization. We are looking for a n individual with a passion for innovation and experience driving efficiency and process adoption across internal and external stakeholders . The Operations Specialist role will be a pioneer in Blackbaud's pursuit to be partner-obsessed and platform-focused . This highly motivated individual will bring a disciplined approach to our operations while considering available resources, and Partner and stakeholder experiences.
