Collaborate across the Club BD Account Directors and Club Consulting group to ensure key initiatives are being communicated effectively both internally and across the clubs
Identify and disseminate best practice strategies through materials that highlight "best-in-class" business practices that are applicable to NFL club business efforts while working as a subject matter expert across core local revenue areas including ticketing, sponsorship and suites
Work with NFL clubs on individual ad hoc requests related to business objectives (e.g., ticketing sponsorship, etc.)
Support in data collection of club surveys and other benchmarking initiatives
Work with Club Business Development's Strategy & Analytics team on reporting, data-led insights, and additional ad hoc studies/initiatives
Support across tentpole league events (e.g., Super Bowl, NFL Draft, International Games, etc.)
Support Club Business Development department-wide efforts, including club data collection & club surveys, benchmark reporting, and preparation of department presentations and meeting materials.
Build and cultivate trusted relationships with club staff
Meet with third party vendors across the business, to provide introductions and recommendations to clubs
Participate in all-32 league meetings, workshops and calls, including leading & facilitating recurring club calls specific to key business areas
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience
Excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
Intellectual curiosity and a passion for the business of the NFL
Excellent presentation skills, including PowerPoint and similar tools
Ability to derive insights from data / analytics / research and present findings to all levels of an organization
Ability to anticipate clubs' needs and match them with appropriate work products and/or individuals at the League Office
Significant experience in Microsoft Excel

The NFL's Club Business Development department (Club BD) supports the 32 clubs in delivering direct local value & optimization, best-in-class fan experiences via data-driven insights, and innovative fan and stadium enhancements and strategies, through direct Club Consulting, strategic analysis, and Club benchmarking. In addition to working directly with the clubs, Club BD works cross-functionally to help guide key strategic initiatives at a League level. The team utilizes a combination of analytics and functional expertise in sales, marketing, data & analytics, and more to develop 'next practices' and facilitates the sharing of 'best practices' between clubs.
The Club Consulting team within Club Business Development drives integral conversations with the clubs across their day-to-day business efforts inclusive of Ticketing, Sponsorship, Premium, Marketing, Digital, and more, both domestically and internationally. This role will assist the Club Consulting team in identifying and sharing business best practices, building out materials to highlight key strategic efforts, and disseminating communications to the clubs. The Club Consulting Specialist will support the clubs by identifying industry trends, analyzing data collected from the clubs to showcase opportunities, and handling specific club requests. This role will also be asked to support the Club BD team across the department on strategic projects and department-wide initiatives.
