Act as the primary liaison between Operations and Finance for lubricants activities
Partner with financial reporting and billing teams to ensure accurate processing
Support demand forecasting and inventory planning
Reconcile stock levels ( system vs. physical inventory ) and assist with month-end checks
Investigate and resolve customer order queries
Raise and manage purchase orders , verifying pricing and quantities
Prepare delivery documentation to support daily operations
Contribute to monthly reporting and performance tracking
Requirements
Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken) - essential
French language skills - a strong advantage
Experience in logistics, coordination, or high-volume operations , or a customer-facing role with strong organisational responsibilities
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
A collaborative team player
Advanced IT skills , particularly Excel (stock tracking, data analysis, reporting)
