Your duties will include planning, coordinating, and implementing activities and events. You will contribute to maintaining contacts with companies and organizations in the space sector, support collaborations with student-led space organizations, and work with different activities within the WP7.
The position also includes participating in project meetings, contributing to the monitoring and reporting of activities, and supporting the achievement of project objectives and deliverables within the work package.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must be enrolled in a master's programme in a space-related field and have completed at least two semesters of study, including at least one semester at the Kiruna Space Campus. You must be able to demonstrate strong academic performance in space-related subjects.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
You should also have the ability to maintain a broad perspective, formulate clear objectives, and translate them into concrete and measurable activities. A structured and systematic working style, together with the ability to manage deadlines, resources, and risks effectively, is essential.

Hourly Salary/Compensation
All assignments are compensated with an hourly salary and provide valuable professional experience for your CV.
The hourly salary depends on the complexity of the duties:
Level 1: SEK 156/hour (equivalent to approximately SEK 25,700/month for full-time work).
Level 2: SEK 171/hour (equivalent to approximately SEK 28,200/month for full-time work).
Information
The position corresponds to 40% of full-time employment, equivalent to an average of two days per week, for a period of five months, from 17 August 2026 to 31 January 2027, or as otherwise agreed. The duty station is Kiruna.
The workload may vary over time and by agreement, but the intention is to distribute the work in a manner compatible with university studies.
