Design and develop high-speed hardware boards, including schematic capture, circuit-level board design, and layout constraints
Lead high-speed differential pair routing and ensure compliance with signal integrity requirements
Lead hardware debug, prototype bring-up, and validation of new board designs
Implement and support circuit designs involving DDR5, I2C/I3C, CPLD, and PCIe 5.0 technologies
Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware design and integration issues during development and manufacturing phases
Develop and maintain Functional Hardware Specifications outlining major functional blocks and system behavior
Communicate circuit design intent, layout guidelines, and design constraints clearly to the CAD/layout team
Provide technical guidance to ensure optimal board layout, performance, and manufacturability
Demonstrate strong communication and debugging skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
12+ years of relevant experience
6-10 of years of experience in Board Design:
DDR4/5 circuit design
I2C/I3C circuit design
CPLD/FPGA Logic design
PCIe 4.0/5.0 design
