Torch Technologies is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) , at Eglin AFB, FL to join a team that provides the 28 TES advice and assistance with the Air Force's approach to the Digital Transformation and Digital Campaign to include the incorporation of model-based systems engineering, agile software, and open systems architecture approaches. This engineer will advise and assist in 28 TES with programs utilizing modeling and simulation (M&S) approaches while conducting test and evaluation (T&E) activities to plan, execute, and report on ground and flight test missions in developmental and operational test phases. Activities include document reviews, test concept development, test plan development, Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) review, data reduction and analysis. This position supports the 28TES Science and Engineering Division.
As a Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) your duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide advice and assistance in support of 28 TES programs utilizing M&S approaches while conducting T&E activities to plan, execute, and report on ground and flight test missions in developmental and operational test phases. Activities include document reviews, test concept development, test plan development, VV&A review, data reduction and analysis.
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) mentor.
Evaluate VV&A techniques on models and simulations within programs.
Incorporate technical/mission requirements into models.
Develop data collection and metrics into M&S software.
Perform technological assessments of models and simulations.

Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship
Bachelor's of Science (BS) in Engineering (additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement)
Must possess 3 years' experience in Model- Based Systems Engineering
Must have an active Secret clearance.
