MoPac Expressway, Suite 700 Austin, TX 78759 Duration: 12 Months Required: - As part of our small and growing recruiting team, you'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify the best talent in the world. - You'll be a frontline ambassador for Nest and ensure a great candidate experience whether it's the initial call, updates along the way or closing the loop. - You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that will allow you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and Nesters. - You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. - However, you are not a number. You're an integral part of Nest's overall success. - Serve as an expert for creating talent pool(s) by understanding the competitive landscape and hiring needs within Nest - Generate talent pipelines, engage with potential candidates and evaluate their fit for open roles - Shepherd candidates through the telephone interview phase and ensure a seamless transition to the recruiter - Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to strategize and implement innovative pipeline generation efforts - Provide market intelligence to solve candidate pipeline challenges - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - Demonstrated technical sourcing experience with 1+ years of in-house/non-agency experience
