Make a Difference : When a child's life depends on minutes, precision, and teamwork, our Flight & Transport Nurses answer the call. As part of Cincinnati Children's Pediatric Air & Ground Transport Team, you'll deliver ICU‑level care in unpredictable environments, partnering with pilots, paramedics, physicians, and families to safely move critically ill children to the care they need. What we need: Registered Nurses with 3+ years of pediatric ICU experience with a BSN from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution. We are looking for someone with night shift availability between the hours of 7:00PM - 7:00AM. Why Cincinnati Children's Transport team? Receive $5/hr critical care pay + $4/hr night shift differential pay + $4/hr weekend differential pay in addition to a base pay We are a nationally ranked children's hospital with Magnet designation We have a new dedicated helicopter , dramatically speeding up the transport of newborns and children Our critical care transport nurses rotate their time with ground and air transport, offering variety and opportunities to build diverse skills in a team environment Check out these videos to see out team in action! Transportation Services Overview Our Dedicated Helicopter Job Qualifications Associate/Diploma prepared RNs from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution requires 2+ years of experience. If hired without a BSN or MSN, must enroll in a BSN or MSN program within 1 year of hire date/RN job date and complete program within 5 years of hire/RN job date. Preferred: BSN from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution or MSN. Active Ohio RN License. May be required to obtain other state licensure.
