*NEW* 1 Year contract Junior Business Analyst/Project Manager

About the role

Job Duties: Represent the team in project meetings Understand new product features and how it can be operationalised. Support in enhancements required to facilitate smoothoperationalisation of new product features Work with the project workgroup to negotiate system enhancements for highly automated processes. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and submit business requirements, ensuring operational needs are met. Analyse product features, make recommendations, and align with team and stakeholders on business requirements. Finalise processes with stakeholders. Work with technology team on UAT test plans and UAT outputreview and sign off: Provide UAT test scenarios to ensure that the end-to-end journeyare tested. Perform thorough verification of the UAT test output toensure defect-free roll outs. Monitor post implementation progress to ensure smoothproduct roll out Escalate system errors found to project team for resolutiontimely Document business/handling rules of products launched in the existing SOP/User guides. Job Requirements: At least 1-3 years of relevantworking experience Knowledge on Life, ILP and terminsurance plans. Experienced in UAT testing Experienced in product development/implementation processes Project management and coordination skills.
