Director, Supply Chain & Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Director, Supply Chain & Strategy to join Oura's Supply Chain organization. This is a senior leadership role sitting at the intersection of operational execution and long-horizon strategic thinking. The Director will serve as the connective tissue between day-to-day supply chain operations and Oura's broader growth agenda - owning how the organization measures itself, tells its story to senior leadership and external stakeholders, and shapes its multi-year trajectory. The ideal candidate is a high-agency operator who has built functions and processes from scratch, thrives in high-ambiguity environments, and is equally at home translating complex operational data into executive-ready narratives and rolling up their sleeves to build the infrastructure that enables faster, higher-quality decisions. Experience bridging commercial and operational thinking - understanding how supply chain decisions connect to revenue, margin, and growth - is a strong differentiator. This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office with the expectation to be onsite 3 days per week.
