WHO WE LOOK FOR ๐Ÿฆ„ As Business Development Manager - Local Partnerships (f/m/d/x) you will be part of our Media & Partnership Growth Team to grow our global Shopper Network in the German and Austrian market. Independently and as part of a team, you will contribute to Shopfully's growth and to shape the Digital Future for Retailers. WHAT YOU WILL DO ๐Ÿ„ Proactively identify and engage potential publisher partners to meet company inventory goals and expand market presence. Build and nurture long-term relationships with publisher partners to drive the cooperation further, renegotiate terms and participate in review meetings. Create compelling partnership proposals tailored to the publishers' audience and monetization goals. Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements that provide mutual value and support our company goals. Attract new national and international publishers (leading web & app platforms) to become part of our Global Shopper Network. Focus markets: Germany, Austria, Hungary Provide strategic input on the network landscape, identifying opportunities and new solutions to enhance the company's supply-side offerings. Close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including local Sales Leadership, Product Teams, and the Go-to-Market team. Represent the company at trade shows, sales missions, and industry events. WHAT YOU WILL NEED ๐Ÿช„ Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with clients in the digital advertising field (experience in working with Publishers is a plus). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster partnerships with publishers. Ability to think strategically and identify emerging trends and solutions within the AdTech industry. Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and RTB. Familiarity with programmatic platforms, and other technical aspects of ad stack management Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue expectations. Hungry to learn, grow and succeed while being part of an innovative organization. Strong analytical skills and good command of Excel and other analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics). Great organizational skills and ability to handle many tasks at the one time to ensure consistent pipeline growth in parallel to revenue target achievement. SALARY RANGE โš–๏ธ : For applicants in Austria, the minimum salary according to the Austrian IT collective agreement is EUR 3,063 gross per month. We offer a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and professional experience. LOCATION ๐ŸŒ While we have offices in Berlin, Dresden and Vienna, you can benefit from our flexible hybrid model, empowering you to work where you're most effective. SALARY RANGE โš–๏ธ : โ‚ฌ50,000 - โ‚ฌ70,000 fixed gross salary per year.
