Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting the Director of Food & Beverages to plan, organize and direct all processes of the restaurants and bars to ensure that it provides a quality food and beverage service
  • The outlets manager consistent with the SOPs provided, and achieve maximum revenue and earnings in line with budgeted and forecast projections.

  • A leader genuinely passionate for providing exceptional customer service, motivated to train and develop a team to share this enthusiasm,
  • Computer literate with strong administration skills, with experience in ResDiary, Silverware Applications, Open table, Avero and Opera PMS highly regarded,
