Develop and execute product marketing strategies and plans that communicate the Cordella platform's value proposition (clinical and economical) to external audiences and the internal field team. This role owns end-to-end strategic prioritization and content creation for product marketing assets, thought leadership forums, advisory panels, speaker presentations, sales enablement tools, and key sales trainings, while driving meaningful KOL and field team engagement. The position reports to the Director of Downstream Marketing, Implantable Heart Failure Management How you'll make a difference: Create high-impact content for sales enablement tools, speaker presentations, objection handling, referral pathway materials, and other assets that showcase Cordella's clinical and economic value Lead end-to-end development of key sales trainings and internal field enablement programs that translate product assets into compelling, field-ready messaging. Own Vault workflows and medical legal review processes for all product marketing materials to ensure timely, compliant approvals. Partner closely with Sales to gather field insights to prioritize product marketing plans and align product messaging. Develop product materials and programs that support product launch and commercialization strategies using established brand guidelines and procedures Partner closely with Medical Affairs to develop KOL relationships, meaningful engagement and content creation around key initiatives (e.g., thought leadership forums, webinras, etc.) Collaborate with external design agencies on the look, feel, and production of presentations, collaterals, and thought leadership assets while personally driving the core content strategy and storytelling Represent Edwards at select conferences in front of leading clinicians in the heart failure space Manage the product samples/marketing collateral forecasting, storage, distribution process Other incidental duties as assigned Education and Experience (Required): Bachelor's Degree 5 years of previously related work experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required or Master's degree with 3 years of previously related work experience or quivalent based on Edwards criteria Preferred Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred Education and Experience (Preferred): Medical device experience (especially in heart failure, hemodynamic monitoring, or cardiovascular implantable technologies) strongly preferred. Familiarity with Veeva/Vault PromoMats/MLR workflows Strong storytelling and content development skills with the ability to translate product data into clear, persuasive materials. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners (Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Upstream Marketing) A strong willingness to "getting things done" in constrained circumstances Excellent problem-solving , critical thinking, and content creation / storytelling skills Ability to be an influential "voice of the product" to external and internal audiences Adhere to all company rules and requirements This is an on-site position based in Irvine, CA. Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California, the base pay range for this position is $108,000 - $153,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
