Job Summary:
Full Professor with tenure in the Stephenson Department of Entrepreneurship and Information Systems (SDEIS) to play a leadership role in the growth and development of the department and the College of Business at LSU. The successful hire will be considered for the H. Norman Saurage, Jr./Community Coffee Chair of Entrepreneurship.
The position requires the Professor to teach entrepreneurship courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels and to conduct research and publish in top entrepreneurship and closely related journals. Involvement in the mentorship and instruction of PhD students is required, as is the ability to engage with the community in various outreach activities.
Job Responsibilities:
40% - Effectively teach graduate and undergraduate Entrepreneurship course(s).
40% - Conduct significant research in the field of entrepreneurship or closely related fields and publish the results in nationally recognized, top-tier academic journals.
20% - Provide service to the department, college, and university
