Your new role End‑to‑end claims management, ensuring accurate completion, validation and progression of claims across personal injury and property damage matters. Managing liability claims through assessment, policy interpretation and lifecycle progression, escalating complex or uncertain matters where required. Interpreting policy coverage and determining applicability, including applying underwriting guidelines and policy wordings. Building and maintaining strong relationships with insureds, brokers, investigators, solicitors and the general public. Ensuring adherence to statutory guidelines, privacy requirements and internal standards, including completion of self‑audits to support positive audit outcomes. Respond to all enquiries in a timely, accurate, professional and courteous manner. About You Demonstrated experience handling Public Liability claims, including personal injury and property damage and/or relevant legal qualifications. Strong technical skills across personal injury, property damage and product liability, with the ability to think analytically and make sound decisions. Exposure to dispute resolution processes such as mediations, settlement conferences or court proceedings. Confident negotiator with the ability to interpret key information, including policies, investigation findings and industry guidelines. Proven ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with lawyers, assessors and other external partners. Well organised, able to manage a varied claims portfolio and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Legal knowledge and/or legal background will be highly regarded.
