Essential Skills
8+ years proven experience in Product Ownership or Product Management within data or platform-led environments
Strong experience building and scaling data platform products, with a focus on reusability, accessibility and cross-team consumption
Demonstrated experience leveraging data to drive business value, including improving decisioning, optimisation or commercial outcomes
Strong understanding of data management principles (data quality, lineage, governance), balanced with a focus on usability and adoption
Experience defining product vision, prioritising complex backlogs and delivering outcomes in agile environments
Strong stakeholder leadership skills, including influencing senior stakeholders and translating strategy into high-impact delivery
Desirable Skills
Experience in Consumer Lending, affordability or credit risk environments
Experience in data value realisation, optimisation or data-led product strategy
People leadership experience, including developing high-performing product teams
Exposure to large-scale data platforms and cloud environments (e.g. Google Cloud Platform)
