Sales Associate - Health Screening

About the role

We are a growing healthcare organization committed to helping individuals and corporate clients take charge of their health through preventive care and comprehensive health screening programs. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell health screening packages to individuals and corporate clients.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and referrals to convert them into appointments and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Educate customers on the benefits of preventive healthcare and appropriate screening packages.
• Conduct outbound calls and outreach activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Assist in organizing health talks, roadshows, wellness events, and corporate outreach activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with clinic and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, healthcare, insurance, or wellness industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable engaging customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
