About the role

Our Head Chef Ben is currently seeking a passionate and reliable Part-Time Breakfast Chef / Cook / Commis Chef to join our culinary team and help deliver exceptional breakfast experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys early morning shifts and is looking to grow their culinary career within a supportive and dynamic kitchen environment. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and related outlets Ensure excellent food presentation standards Assist in the preparation and production of breakfast service Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained, serviced, and cleaned Report any maintenance or operational issues to the Head Chef or Executive Chef Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times Availability to work 3-4 days per week Early morning availability with 5:00 AM starts Previous breakfast or kitchen experience preferred but not essential Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills Ability to lead by example and maintain a strong safety culture Must hold valid Australian working rights At Accor, we believe Hospitality is a Work of Heart.
