Job Summary The Office of the CRO at SolarWinds is the operating nerve center for a global revenue organization. As a small, high-leverage team of five, we translate the CRO's priorities into governed programs, operating rhythms, and cross-functional execution so GTM teams can scale with clarity and speed. This role is the connective tissue that makes that happen. This is not a typical program management role. You'll operate across budget planning, workforce design, strategic communications, and cross-functional alignment with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, and Product-with direct exposure to the CRO and senior leadership team. You'll own the operating cadence, not just participate in it. If you want five years of scope in two years, with a front-row seat to how a public SaaS company runs its revenue organization, this is the role.
