Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline
More than 5 years of experience in software development, application architecture, or complex systems engineering
More than 5 years of experience in technical project management, leading multiple cross-functional technical initiatives in parallel
Proven ability to design and enforce development standards, architectural best practices, and infrastructure requirements
Deep technical expertise in CI/CD pipeline architecture and automation (e.g., TeamCity, Octopus, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Strong analytical background in performing in-depth gap analysis of software architectures, IT processes, and technology stacks
Expertise in defining, tracking, and visualizing technical KPIs (e.g., Domo) through intuitive dashboards to provide actionable insights
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical architecture and analytical findings for both executive leadership and engineering teams
Proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation, architectural roadmaps, and high-impact presentations
Proven history of leading technical teams and driving adoption of new technologies or methodologies across an organization
