Team Global Express is currently seeking a Linehaul Driver to commence immediately at our Karawatha Depot based on Brisbane's South Side.
This is a Full Time Permanent Position
The successful applicant will be employed on a 6 and 4 Roster (Monday to Saturday & Sunday to Friday with a mid-week 48 hour break)
Must be available to commence during PM hours, and be fit and able to complete up to a 14 Hour Shift Overnight
Safely deliver freight from Brisbane to Rockhampton (and back)
Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes
Complete regular vehicle pre-start checks
There is no set allocation of trucks in this position
$0.64c per Kilometre
$37.67 per Hour (Hourly Rate is paid for Deliveries in Rockhampton)
15% Superannuation
Company Funded Accommodation provided for 10 hour breaks in Rockhampton
$56.28 Overnight Allowance
Ability to accumulate up to 11 RDOs on an Annual Basis
Requirements
Experience in a similar role is preferred
Experience with Refrigerated Freight is preferred
Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently
Valid & Current MC Licence
BFM Certificate (or willing to obtain)
