As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for: Assisting in maintaining plant production by performing repairs within scope of expertise. Interpreting and executing work orders in line with established safe work procedures. Performing mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on plant equipment as planned. Setting up, monitoring, and operating equipment used in manufacturing and production processes. Operating multiple machines simultaneously where required. Conducting quality assurance activities in line with manufacturing, engineering, and ISO requirements. Performing specialized process functions and operating associated equipment. Monitoring and testing production output to ensure finished products meet specifications. Using general hand tools and precision measuring equipment effectively. Assisting with transporting, loading, and unloading of raw materials and finished goods. Cleaning production equipment and collecting samples for analysis. Operating and adjusting controls to maintain process efficiency. Testing and repairing instrumentation systems to ensure consistent performance and product quality. Working in indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions. Demonstrating flexibility to support production requirements as needed.
