Role Overview and Core Responsibilities Defines and executes a multi-year growth strategy for Consumer Interactive, aligning with enterprise priorities and anticipating market, regulatory, and consumer trends. Translates cross-regional insights into scalable consumer engagement models and supports expansion, planning cycles, and business forecasting. Builds and develops a high-impact specialist team while driving organizational alignment around consumer-focused priorities and initiatives. Leads change efforts with clarity and influence, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and long-term value creation. Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving collaboration across global, matrixed teams and communicating key insights and performance with clarity. Required Knowledge and Experiences 12+ years of experience in consumer-focused digital products, D2C sales, or subscription-based services, with a track record of leading global sales, strategy, or product initiatives. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Proven success building and scaling high-performing specialist sales teams while driving enterprise-level growth and measurable results. Deep expertise in consumer acquisition, digital engagement strategies, and international market dynamics, with experience launching solutions across multiple regions. Strong consultative selling and executive presence, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization and drive cross-functional alignment.
