Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Experience in a Business Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Transportation Analyst, Logistics Analyst, or similar role
Strong understanding of transportation planning and execution, carrier management, freight audit and payment, order management, inventory management, warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, and customer service processes
Experience supporting ERP, WMS, TMS, EDI, or related supply chain and transportation systems
Experience with one or more of the following systems preferred: JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Transportation Management, Blue Yonder / BlueJay, Manhattan WMS, RF-SMART, Transportation Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, and EDI platforms
SQL experience preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
Ability to document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
Experience supporting system testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and business validation
Ability to develop operational dashboards, KPI reporting, and business insights
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, application support teams, and external partners
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prior

Job Description
Job Summary:
Reporting to the appropriate business or IT leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing end-to-end supply chain, logistics, transportation, and distribution processes. This includes partnering with Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Warehouse, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, IT, application support teams, and implementation partners to analyze business needs, document requirements, improve processes, support system enhancements, and provide operational reporting and insights.
The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge, analytical skills, and experience working with ERP, WMS, TMS, EDI, and transportation systems in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $111,000-$125,000
