Transaction Leadership: Lead end-to-end evaluation and execution of strategic transactions, including licensing, M&A, structured financings, and asset-level partnerships-from opportunity framing through diligence, valuation, and negotiation support.
Capital Allocation & Strategic Analysis: Partner with senior leadership to evaluate key business and financial decisions through insights, scenario modeling, and assessment of strategic options.
Decision Modeling & Valuation: Apply advanced valuation frameworks (e.g., real options, probabilistic modeling) to inform investment decisions and transaction structuring.
Executive & Investor Communication: Synthesize complex analyses into clear recommendations for senior leadership, the Board, and external stakeholders, including materials supporting capital markets activity and strategic transactions.
Investor Relations & Consensus Management: Support investor relations activities through analysis of Street models, management of external expectations, development of investor materials, and preparation for earnings and key corporate events.

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business, finance, economics, or a related analytical discipline required
Advanced scientific or clinical degree, including PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent experience, strongly preferred
2-4 years of experience in management consulting with demonstrated progression to team leadership roles (e.g., Engagement Manager or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience conducting commercial diligence on biotechnology assets
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach to complex scientific and business questions
Strong technical expertise translating clinical and commercial insights into diligence-grade analyses and transaction materials
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to clear, actionable conclusions in high-stakes settings
Deep fluency in financial modeling and valuation is required.
Experience with advanced techniques such as real options analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, or other quantitative frameworks is highly preferred.
