Relevant experience: 3-5+ years working on industrial electrical systems (LV/MV power distribution, controls, or facilities maintenance)
Electrical knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals, schematics, and troubleshooting methods
Hands-on troubleshooting ability: Proven ability to diagnose and repair electrical equipment (switchgear, VFDs, UPS, motors, relays)
Safety competency: Demonstrated experience with LOTO and safe electrical work practices (NFPA 70E or equivalent)
Education/Certification: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree, apprenticeship, or electrical license preferred

Position Summary
The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of a facility's electrical systems. This role encompasses preventive and predictive maintenance , troubleshooting, corrective actions, commissioning support, documentation, and inventory management, all carried out in full compliance with safety procedures.
Role and Responsibilities
Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/TBM) on all electrical systems
Troubleshoot and restore electrical equipment and power distribution systems
Own reliability for assigned systems/areas and drive corrective actions
Support commissioning, energization, and system validation activities
Maintain accurate work orders, asset data, and documentation in iEMS
Perform all work in compliance with safety procedures (LOTO / EEW)
Support critical spare parts identification and inventory readiness
