Lead AI Engineer

About the role

Design, build, and scale production-grade AI systems that power the next generation of intelligent commerce. You will work at the intersection of Software Engineering, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to build AI-native products, agentic systems, and platform capabilities used by Mirakl customers and internal teams. This is a permanent position (CDI) based in Paris or Bordeaux, with 4 days on-site per week. Annual gross salary range (package): €90,000 - €100,000 This range is provided for transparency purposes and reflects our internal compensation grid for this role level. The final offer will be determined based on your experience, skills, and the scope of responsibilities involved. • You'll Love This Job If you have
• 7+ years in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Applied AI
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems
• Ability to influence Product and Business decisions
• Proven leadership on complex cross-functional initiatives
