About the role
You will join a team of 5 colleagues who are globally responsible for the DEI strategy and policy. The team a dvises HR business partners on increasing diversity and embedding inclusion and i mproves HR products and processes to make them fairer and more inclusive . In addition, we c ollaborate with international regions and Employee Resource Groups also known as diversity networks to further drive inclusive collaboration and creating more equitable opportunities .
