FPGA Product Marketing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute product marketing strategies for ForgeFPGA to capture market share in the low-density FPGA segment.
• Align product roadmap with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive launch plans for new products and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
• Market Analysis & Positioning: Conduct competitive analysis and identify differentiation opportunities.
• Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers.
• Sales Enablement: Create sales tools, training materials, and collateral to support global sales teams.
• Drive adoption of marketing strategies across regional teams.
• Performance & Growth: Monitor KPIs and market feedback to optimize strategies and accelerate revenue growth.
• Identify new opportunities for expansion within the low-density FPGA market.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years in product marketing or related roles within the semiconductor or FPGA industry.
• Proven track record of leading strategic marketing initiatives and successful product launches.
• Skills: Strong understanding of FPGA technology and market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions.
