MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Expert in interpreting and communicating internal policies, ensuring clarity and alignment for stakeholders and colleagues. Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary global and offshore teams, including T&EO Risk Reporting & Insights, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and SAS, driving collaboration and accountability. Strong risk and compliance expertise, delivering complex reviews with actionable, data-driven insights to enable process optimisation, simplification, and automation through advanced data visualisations. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, ensuring data accuracy, identifying root causes, and implementing efficiency improvements that enhance organisational performance. Meticulous attention to detail combined with an inquisitive mindset, fostering continuous improvement and innovation. Analytical thinker with a solutions-oriented approach, leveraging insights to address challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. Exceptional time management, organisational skills, and resilience, ensuring delivery of priorities in dynamic and high-pressure environments. Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: At least 5 to 8 years' experience in a risk reporting role, preferably with at least 3 years in banking and financial services (Big 4 background is a plus) Strong understanding of Governance including Risk & Compliance, Third-party Risk Assessment, and Reporting Insights, or others Strong stakeholder management experience; Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret data Strong people leadership skills, team building, motivation, coaching skills and experience leading teams of 10+ people.
