Set up, configure, and maintain e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, WordPress LMS, or similar systems)
Take ownership of LMS platform (e.g., installation, plugin setup, course structure), in addition to ongoing maintenance.
Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of online learning environments for the program
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to users and project members
Support integration of learning tools, plugins, and third-party applications as needed
Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability, security, and updates
Support the delivery of online learning activities and related program operations
Assist in organising and managing digital learning content and resources
Contribute to data extraction, usage tracking, and reporting when required
Track platform usage and generate reports/analytics
Support research and program-related activities as assigned by the Principal Investigators
Perform other tasks as required by the project team

Requirements
Academic qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education Technology, or a related field
Work experience:
Prior experience serving as a platform administrator (Moodle, WordPress LMS, etc.), including managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and system configuration.
Prior experience of integrating LMS with xAPI and LRS is preferred.
Prior experience supporting online learning or digital learning environments
Prior experience working in educational, research, or training contexts
Prior experience with basic data handling, analytics, or reporting
Prior experience supporting research or educational projects

Project Introduction: As part of CHARM study, we will develop learning pedagogy for middle aged adults based on the principles of neuropsychological pedagogy and life-style interventions. Two learning packages will be designed with each package comprising a pre-course, course, and post-course components. The course components will include lectures, group-activities, and homework. The content will be developed by our team, in close collaboration with adult learners, through interviews and focus group sessions comprising learners of various age groups and occupational-types.
