Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Software Engineering, Engineering Management, Information System
  • Management or related field (or foreign degree equivalent). At least 2 years of experience in a
  • software development role with responsibility for technical leadership or program execution. At
  • least 2 years of experience designing and analyzing A/B testing experiments, iterative
  • development processes, and data-driven decision-making; At least 2 years of experience
  • implementing and optimizing E-Commerce or SaaS platforms to support user acquisition,
  • retention, or operational scalability; At least 2 years of experience with full-stack software
  • development, including testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment; At
  • least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team toward the successful delivery of
  • software programs, product features and business-critical initiatives.
