Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable web
• and mobile solutions to improve performance insights and user experience. Coordinate cross-
• functional initiatives across product, data science, marketing, and customer experience teams to
• ensure timely and effective project delivery. Develop and oversee technical strategies and
• program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user impact metrics. Implement
• Agile methodologies and A/B testing frameworks to drive continuous improvement, informed
• decision-making, and iterative product releases. Monitor engineering team productivity and
• software quality through KPI tracking, sprint retrospectives, and performance benchmarking.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to software engineers to support career development and
• technical growth, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and psychological safety.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices related to software
• development life cycle (SDLC), cloud deployment, and SaaS operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Software Engineering, Engineering Management, Information System
• Management or related field (or foreign degree equivalent). At least 2 years of experience in a
• software development role with responsibility for technical leadership or program execution. At
• least 2 years of experience designing and analyzing A/B testing experiments, iterative
• development processes, and data-driven decision-making; At least 2 years of experience
• implementing and optimizing E-Commerce or SaaS platforms to support user acquisition,
• retention, or operational scalability; At least 2 years of experience with full-stack software
• development, including testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment; At
• least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team toward the successful delivery of
• software programs, product features and business-critical initiatives.
