About the role
The Executive Assistant will report to the Operations Manager and directly support our three founders. Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars across multiple executives
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including defense and strategic partners
- Arrange domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries
- Prepare agendas, materials, and briefing documents
- Track follow-ups and action items across leadership meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strategic Leverage
- Improve workflows that increase executive efficiency
- Create systems for task tracking and visibility
- Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve problems
- Act as a connector across teams to ensure alignment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in startup, aerospace, defense, or high-growth environments
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High discretion and emotional intelligence
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Highly proactive and detail-oriented
- Hybrid -- onsite presence expected several days per week at our Oxnard, CA office based on executive scheduling needs

- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or hardware startups
- Experience helping build processes from scratch

- Compensation & Location
- Salary: $100,000-$130,000 base + Series A Equity
