Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly in the production of complex electromechanical systems
- Familiarity with autonomous systems, robotics, or maritime technologies is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to autonomous maritime systems
