Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technology

About the role

You'll own hiring across our technology teams, from software engineering and computer vision to BIM/VDC and product. This isn't just filling roles. You'll partner with leaders, shape hiring strategy, and build pipelines for some of the most exciting, hard-to-find talent in construction tech.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles (brief → offer → close)
• Partner with hiring managers to define and execute hiring plans
• Proactively source high-demand tech talent using creative, non-traditional approaches
• Build and maintain pipelines for niche skillsets (AR/VR, computer vision, BIM, engineering)
• Deliver a standout candidate experience from first touch to offer
• Use data to improve hiring performance and optimise processes
• Provide market insight on salaries, talent trends, and hiring strategy

Requirements

• In-house recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical hiring
• Experience in engineering or deep tech environments
• Proven success filling complex or hard-to-fill roles
• Experience sourcing globally and thinking beyond LinkedIn when needed
• Strong stakeholder skills - you can challenge, influence, and partner effectively
• Familiarity with tools like Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter & GitHub
