About the role
Map current and future customer systems: Engage with customers to understand current system designs. Create maps of top 3 to 5 customers (targets) Develop roadmap of future solutions based on product developments. Success: Monitor and report customer engagement, new findings for product development Report current progress and design-in "wins" to management About You Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (technical background preferred) ; MSEE is highly desirable. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the BESS market or adjacent energy storage, power electronics, or renewable energy sectors. Deep technical and commercial understanding of BESS architectures, safety systems, power conversion, protection technologies, standards, and emerging trends. Experience working directly with major OEMs, integrators, and utilities. Excellent communication and executive-level presentation capabilities.
