Resourcing and Operations Coordinator - Audit

About the role

We're looking for a Resourcing & Operations Coordinator to join our Brisbane Audit team. This role sits at the centre of our division, partnering closely with Partners and Managers to drive effective workforce planning, optimise utilisation, and ensure the right people are on the right engagements at the right time. With a strong focus on resourcing, you'll take ownership of end-to-end workforce coordination across the audit lifecycle, while also supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the team. About the service line/team Our Audit team in Brisbane is a collaborative and high-performing group, working across a broad client base. You'll work closely with Partners, Managers, Finance, and People & Culture, playing a key role in how we plan, allocate and deliver client work across the division.
