The Engineering Manager is someone trusted to ensure the successful delivery of a service from planning to ongoing operations. As an Engineering Manager, your focus will be on managing and supporting the teams at all levels. Being a leader means ensuring that teams are growing and developing their knowledge, both as a team and as individuals, while enjoying their work and feeling proud. As a leader, you should have a solid background and leadership skills, enabling you to work on team strategy and the implementation of valuable ideas, as well as continuously challenge your team members. You'll be focused on: Acting as a trusted partner for stakeholders Aligning activities with business goals and strategic priorities Identifying risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities Understanding stakeholders' needs and identifying potential commercial leads Leading and developing high-performing teams Ensuring effective workforce planning aligned with project needs Managing team budgets, planning, and forecasting Previous experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role Strong background in technology/software engineering environments Experience in stakeholder management Business-oriented mindset and ability to spot commercial opportunities Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) Availability for occasional travel abroad
