Executive Stakeholder Engagement As a key voice in the leadership team, you will translate complex technical architectures into compelling business narratives for the Board and Executive Committee. You will build and leverage high-level strategic partnerships both internally and with external technology vendors to influence decision-making and secure support for critical data-driven initiatives. Transforming Marketing & Customer Experience You will set the strategic agenda for campaign analytics, moving beyond simple optimization toward a customer-centric, AI-driven marketing paradigm. You will guide the organization in leveraging predictive insights to personalize the customer journey, drive omnichannel engagement, and materially enhance the bank's market share and lifetime value (LTV) through sophisticated, data-backed targeting strategies.
